Every component is entirely designed by us to be adapted to the specific plant layout of each customer.

This solution integrates the latest technological advancements to achieve optimal testing results while providing maximum operator comfort and safety. The system features a head movement mechanism that positions the head correctly for inspection through a pneumatic system, supported by multiple sensors that enhance operator safety. It also incorporates a complete drainage system for the magnetic particle liquid, enabling bath recovery and ensuring overall system efficiency.  The entire process is fully automated through a PLC, guaranteeing high productivity and reliability during testing operations.
