An economical and compact system developed for the inspection of small parts up to 600 mm in length. The base version is equipped with between-centers support, with the option of adding a coil if required. This design allows defect detection in both longitudinal and transverse directions, and now includes a new option for multidirectional magnetization, enabling detection in all directions in a single operation—significantly reducing cycle time. The equipment offers full demagnetization of parts, digital control, memory for different components, and programming software. The electronic system is entirely managed by a microcontroller and operated through an LCD display, allowing the selection of different functions. All of our equipment is fully designed and manufactured in Argentina, ensuring technical support and a permanent supply of spare parts.
